How does check-in work?
It's self check-in: we send you a code before arrival and you can enter whenever you want, even late at night. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, but if you arrive earlier, write to us and we'll see what we can do. No waiting, no constraints.
Where can I park?
The historic center is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with cameras, so don't drive in. The best parking options are Cittadella (covered, open 24h, about €2/hour) and Arena. From both, you can walk to our apartments in 5-10 minutes. There's also Arsenale parking, a bit farther but cheaper.
Can I leave luggage before or after my stay?
Yes, just let us know the day before. We arrange storage both for early arrivals and for those who want to enjoy the last hours in Verona after check-out.
Do you have a crib or highchair?
Children are welcome. Arena Suite also has a sofa bed for an additional guest. For a crib or highchair, write to us in advance and we'll set them up.
How far is the train station?
Verona Porta Nuova station is 20-25 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by taxi (about €10). There are also frequent buses. Upon arrival, we'll send you exact directions from your apartment.
