Transport

How to Reach Us

From Verona Porta Nuova Station

Twenty to twenty-five minutes on foot, along a boulevard leading straight to the center. Alternatively, buses every 10-15 minutes or a taxi in 10 minutes. If you have heavy luggage, the taxi is the right choice: it's affordable and drops you at the door.

From Catullo Airport

About 12 km from the center. The Aerobus shuttle reaches Porta Nuova station in 15 minutes (frequent departures, €8 one way). By taxi about 20 minutes and €25-30. Some guests rent a car at the airport but it's not necessary for Verona.

By Car

Exit at Verona Sud from the A4 (Milan-Venice) or the A22 (Brenner). The historic center is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with cameras: don't drive in. Recommended parking: Cittadella (covered, 24h, €2/hour), Arena, Arsenale. From there you're on foot in 5-10 minutes.

Our Neighborhoods

Borgo Trento

The neighborhood where the Veronese live. Tree-lined avenues, local cafés, quiet evenings. It's the Verona you won't find in guidebooks, but it will make you feel at home.

  • Tree-lined avenues and parks nearby
  • Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries within 5 minutes
  • Hospital district nearby
  • Close to university campuses, convenient for study stays

Historic Center, Ponte Pietra

Where Verona was born. The Roman bridge, the Roman Theatre on the hill, narrow alleys opening onto unexpected squares. Here every stone tells a story.

  • All monuments reachable in less than 10 minutes
  • Traditional trattorias, artisan shops, and authentic venues
  • Panoramic views from the other bank of the Adige
  • The most authentic atmosphere in the city
